Mother Susie’s Fried Lumpia
Our weekly afternoon trips to Tita Susie’s house in SFDM are punctuated by merienda of sorts - home-made spaghetti with yaya’s sauce, Jollibee and Red Ribbon food, pastries and her famous lumpia. Kleng-Kleng is an avid fan of Tita Susie’s lumpia. At one point, both of us took home frozen lumpia for frying. It’s delicious I tell you.
