In Hefty Servings chronicles weekly trips to various eating places in the metro by someone who has been trapped to food since 2002. It’s free mystery dining service to companies that run food establishments (hint!) and a guide to frequent diners who are in constant search for something that would tickle the insatiable palate. Topics do not only talk about food but covers every aspect from customer service to that fly on the wall.
The opinions expressed by the author follow the pattern of an organized restaurant audit. This is what makes the hunt a bit different from your regular food blog.

Ellen is a portrait artist, creative writer, comics illustrator and a David Cook fan. She has spent more than half a decade working as a restaurant marketer for two international pizza brands and a Filipino casual dining restaurant. Her corporate life keeps her extremely busy these days that she barely has time to blog or even comb her hair. When not working, she’s busy grooming her cats, tweaking her templates, writing posts, eating out, watching movies and people go by. She also maintains her other website called Travel Light where she writes about a bunch of things. Ellen lived in London for almost half a year. She intends to go back to explore Europe and see the rest of the world someday.
